Donate In Memory
If you have lost a loved one and would like to support our charity in their memory there are a number of ways that you can do so.
You can download our in memory donation form and send this along to us with your donation.
You can create an in memory page on social networking sites, such as Facebook, where family and friends can visit and leave messages and tributes. This page could easily link back to the CHF webpage.
You can choose to take part in one of our fundraising events and donate all monies raised in memory of your loved one.
