Grants

Every month CHF helps families who need some extra support to help them care for their heart child. Last year, CHF helped over 150 families through its small-grant programme.

How to apply
Applications for grants can be made by cardiac liaison nurses, social workers, advice workers and other professionals on behalf families who have a child with a heart condition.

The Children's Heart Federation grants panel meets on a monthly basis to allocate grants. Sadly, our funds are restricted so we cannot approve all the grants we receive. If you would like to make a donation to help fund our small grants programme please click here.
